Built in the Sixties, it housed the town's print shop for nearly thirty years, following which it was remodelled at various times: the ground floor is currently used for shops, while the higher floors are lived in. The second floor hosts the area remodelled in 2012 to be used as a bed and breakfast. The house is about 300 m from the lake. A covered garage is available for motorcycles and bicycles; there is also a private outside parking area for cars.
